Don't worry! I'm still here and... I apologize for the long absence with the blogging, it's just that, between fixing the bus, taking photos, shooting videos, getting to the mountain at 6 and... well... check out the conditions on all 76 open trails, 2,820 vertical feet, and over 350 acres of terrain... I've been lazy about sitting down and writing to you about what's going on, on the mountain. Remember though... if you ever need to find out what the conditions are just check out the Daily Report. I update it every morning and afternoon. You can also call the Sugarloaf Snowphone at 207.237.6808!

Let me tell you... a lot is going on!

I don't know if you noticed but... the mountain is ALIVE with action. I can't believe it but, right now we have 76 open trails, that's 24 more than the next closest mountain...Killington! We've also opened up the ONLY chair lift above tree line in New England, the Timberline. On top of that, we've got GREAT skiing conditions, a full terrain park, and the 2nd annual Jingle Jam on December 13th. We're getting ready for Christmas break and we've put together incredible ski and stay package deals. Right now you can book a ski and stay at $89 dollars per person per night and, if you book before December 15th, you can save $50 with our early savings program. On top of all of that, we're busy planning College Snowfest Week and booking bands for the Budlight Concert Series. Let's just say, the mountain is ABUZZZZ.

It's like Santa's Village... except at Sugarloaf our season is just BEGINNING on December 25th... we're getting ready to give you gifts ALL WINTER LONG --- including this blog... and I promise I will be better about posting more often from now on!

Check ya later, and get up here and ski!

Lizzy

I have a question on how far down the mountain phase 1 will go. The map shows it all the way to Snowbrook /lower part of Woody Creek. Is this really where it will end or will it somehow end onto the Stubb's Glase condo access trail? Mtnbrew

Does anyone know what the impact to the cross-country trails and the dog trail above Snowbrook will be? Will we still be able to hike Burnt in Winter?
